Application reference: PL/2025/0001999/HHA Site address: 5 Rectory Close Proposed development: Single storey rear extension Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2025/0002110/FUL Site address: 36 Craven Street Proposed development: Conversion of 4 bedroom HMO into 2no. flats Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
