NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Kingsbury Landfill Site, Rush Lane, Dosthill Tamworth Warwickshire B77 1LT.

I give notice that Biffa Waste Services has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Section 73 (S.73) application for variation of Conditions 11, 52, 61 and 62 of planning application NW378/97/CM014, to allow changes to the approved landfill design, void space, and restoration scheme.
