TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 (AS AMENDED)
North Lanarkshire Council is consulting on its Draft Open Space Strategy, prepared under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended).
The Strategy supports the emerging Local Development Plan 2 and sets out proposals for the protection, enhancement and future use of open spaces across the council area.
