ADOPTION NOTICE
Under the powers of the said Act, the following changes were adopted
on the 21st October 2025 to the Marfleet Village Conservation Area:
•A new Character Appraisal and Management Plan.
•The removal of the following areas of land from the designated
boundary of the Conservation Area:
– Area of land to the north of Westgate Way, enclosed between
Marfleet lane and Church Lane.
– Area of land located to the west of Elba Street and to the east of
the boundaries of the Marfleet Hebrew Cemetery, St Giles’ Church
and Brickyard Cottage.
