NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF ARTICLE 4 DIRECTION
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING
(GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT)
(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
Land at Middle Wallop, Stockbridge, Hampshire
TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL (“the Council”) hereby give notice that:-
1. On 14th January 2025 they made a direction (“the Direction”) pursuant to Article 4(1) and paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (“the Order”)
2. On 3rd July 2025 they confirmed the Direction pursuant to paragraph 2(7) of Schedule 3 to the Order
3. The Direction relates to land at Middle Wallop, Stockbridge, Hampshire, which is more particularly shown on the plan accompanying the Direction (“the land”), and its effect is that the permission granted by Article 3 of the Order does not apply to the following Class of development, namely
Development within Class A of Part 2 to Schedule 2 of the Order, namely the erection, construction, maintenance, improvement or alteration of a gate, fence, wall or other means of enclosure
4. A copy of the Direction, as confirmed, and of the accompanying plan may be viewed at all reasonable hours at the Council’s offices at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire.
