The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent – AMENDED PLANS RECEIVED 

1. Refurbishment of external store with new roofng, timber structure, timber cladding and doors at The Mansion Storthes Hall, Storthes Hall Lane, Kirkburton, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2025/91224.

The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 50 dwellings with associated access, infrastructure and associated works at Land at, Gynn Lane, Honley, Holmfrth. Application No. 2025/91370.

3. REVISED/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RECEIVED FOLLOWING LISTING OF SPINNING BLOCK BUILDING (GRADE II). Redevelopment of site for mixed-use E(g) (i, ii and iii) and B8 including: demolition of buildings and re-cladding of southern elevation of retained adjoining building; retention, conversion and renovation of existing mill/offce/workshop/ engine house building including alterations; erection of two new buildings; formation of two vehicular access points, service yard and parking areas; and other associated works at Turnbridge Mills, Quay Street, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2025/91122.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

4. Erection of single storey rear extension, installation of solar panels, replacement of windows and garage doors, installation of electric gate and associated external alterations at Denroyd Grange, 99, Denby Lane, Upper Denby, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2025/91037.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way

5. Variation of condition 6 (opening hours) on previous permission 2023/93798 for erection of cafe, formation of car park, bin/ recycling and food storage compounds, VIP pod, children’s play area with cover and associated landscaping to allow opening hours of 09:00 – 22:30 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 – 18:00 Sundays and Bank Holidays at Lu’s Place, Unit Q1, Meltham Mills Industrial Estate, Meltham, Holmfrth (Footpath No. MEL/34/10).

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development and affects a public right of way

6. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 50 dwellings with associated access, infrastructure and associated works at Land at, Gynn Lane, Honley, Holmfrth (Footpath No. HOL/23/10).

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development

7. Demolition of redundant engineering building and erection of student accommodation block at building at, Back Chapel Lane, Moldgreen, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2025/91185.

8. Variation condition 2 (plans) on previous permission 2024/92302 for refurbishment comprising (phase 1): facade improvements including Henry Street entrance; replacement shop fronts; alterations to external bus apron; extension and alterations to existing barrier within the bus alighting lane adjacent to Henry Street; (phase 2): new entrance canopy; public realm improvements; cycle hub; facade improvements including replacement shop fronts at Huddersfeld Bus Station, Upperhead Row, Huddersfeld.
