What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13
1. Erection of 2 first floor extensions and a ground floor office, a courtyard conservatory and amended lounge layout to the existing Residential Care Home at Wilbraham House 30 - 36 Church Street Audley Stoke-On-Trent ST7 8DE by Wilbraham House. File ref 25/00194/FUL (application site is within the Audley Conservation Area).
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13
1. Application for Variation of conditions 2 and 9 of planning permission 24/00202/FUL to seek approval for amendments to the approved plans and Trees and landscaping at Morston House The Midway Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire by The Director at WUKPG File ref: 25/00438/FUL (application is for Major Development).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastleunder-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively the applications may be viewed on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk Please bear in mind that any communication you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties.
