Notice is hereby given of applications which have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Proposal affects Public Footpath No.195 and Tree Preservation Orders. Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation. Mill Farm, Boston Road, West Keal. Mr. & Mrs. J. Motley, (02204/25/FUL).

Proposal affects Public Footpath No.224. Erection of a lean-to to provide a sheltered play area to the rear elevation (works completed). Coningsby Community Hub, 22 School Lane, Coningsby, Ms. N. Holt. (02111/25/FUL).

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Affects setting of a Listed Building. Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Proposal affects Public Footpath No.312, 313, 314 & 316. Erection of a Public house with 2 no. flats over and parking on site of existing public house, which is to be demolished, the erection of a double garage with carport and loft space over and demolition of existing toilet block. Charnwood Tavern, Church End, Skegness. (02054/25/FUL).

Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Affects Tree Preservation Orders. First Floor Extension and alterations to existing detached garage. Brayford House, Fen Lane, East Keal. Mr. T. Smith, (02175/25/FUL).

Conservation Area. Re-rendering of external walls of both dwellings and detached garage. Glenside/Roselea, Glenside, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa. Mr. D. Hatter, (02192/25/FUL).

Affects/Adjoins Conservation Area. Erection of a 6m flag pole and attached double garage on the site of existing garage and carport, which are to be demolished. 11 Langton Hill, Horncastle. Mr. Philip Rive, (02121/25/FUL).

Affects/Adjoins Conservation Area. Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide a pitched roof over an existing flat roof and erection of a front boundary wall with gates to a maximum height of 1.86m. 10 West End, Burgh Le Marsh, Mr. T. Smith, (02069/25/FUL).

In determining an application, the Local Planning Authority will take into account representations relating to the applications which are received by them. Any response you make is open to public inspection and will also appear on the Council’s website in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, even if marked ‘Private and Confidential’.
