NYM/2025/0189, The Mulgrave Estate, Cleveland House, Goldborough, Listed Building consent for removal of 17 no. uPVC windows and installation of replacement replacement slimline double glazed timber windows.

Affects a Conservation Area:

NYM/2025/0158, Mrs Allison Calvert, Grove Cottage, Thorpe Bank, Fylingthorpe, variation of condition 2 (material amendment) of planning approval NYM/2019/0347/FL to allow changes to approved boundary wall and vehicular access (retrospective).

Affects a Listed Building and a Conservation Area:

NYM/2025/0201, Robin Cross, Smugglers Cottage, High Street, Staithes, replacement roof, alterations to chimneys, masonry repairs, alterations to fenestration and doors and changes to boundary wall and hard landscaping;

NYM/2025/0202, Robin Cross, Smugglers Cottage, High Street, Staithes, Listed Building consent for replacement roof, alterations to chimneys, masonry repairs, alterations to fenestration and doors and changes to boundary wall and hard landscaping together with internal alterations comprising but not limited to removal of suspended ceiling  to bedrooms, partitions and insulation works.
