The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours.
Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.
24/P/01597 St Johns the Evangelist Church, Stoke Road, Guildford Proposed new church power supply, installation of a solar PV system and an air conditioning system.
24/P/01657 Ockham Cricket Club, Pavilion, Ockham Lane, Ockham Erection of a single storey community building.
24/P/01676 Royal Surrey County Hospital, Egerton Road, Guildford Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings), condition 3 (surface water drainage scheme), condition 6 (soft landscape proposals) and condition 11 (construction transport management plan) to allow for the floor area of the building being reduced, an amended internal reconfiguration, reduction of the substation building, to state the development shall be delivered in line with the FRA and Drainage Strategy November 2024, to state the development shall be delivered in line with the submitted Soft Landscape Works Plan and to state the development shall be brought forward in line with the Construction and Environmental Management Plan of planning permission 23/P/01970 for the proposed construction of a new hospital building extension (use class C2), with connecting walkway, new substation building, access, reconfigured car parking and drop off zone, landscaping and associated infrastructure.

24/P/01681 & 24/P/01682 National Trust, Clandon Park House, Clandon Park, West Clandon Planning permission for external alterations to include new roof with terrace, perimeter balustrade, roof enclosures for stairs, lift access plus accessible WCs and refreshments. Refurbished and replacement windows throughout. New accessible lift access. Air source heat pumps and enclosure, adaptation of substation and other plant equipment and associated trenching.
Accessible parking spaces, electrical vehicle charging, and cycle parking, amendment of wall between North Court and West Forecourt and creation of new accessible footpath, lighting, railing, resurfacing, tree works and new planting, and other works. Listed building consent for external alterations to include restoration of external façades, and new roof with terrace. New perimeter balustrade and roof enclosures. Refurbishment and replacement of windows and doors.
New accessible external platform lift including associated adaptation of fabric. Creation of internal circulation at ground and first floor. Repairs and reinstatement of stairs and new lift core. Reinstatement of panelling and repair to ceiling of Speakers' Parlour.
Alterations to the basement to accommodate the café, WCs and other associated public amenities and back of house facilities. Provision of new services, including heating and lighting throughout building. Other conservation and structural works to house. Amendment of wall between North Court and West Forecourt.
