A/24/97805/CU 20 Ashland Avenue Wigan WN1 2DP. Change of use from a (Class C3) dwelling house to a (Class C2) children’s residential home for up to 2 children. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
