What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

2024/0590/FUL - Leap, Homer House, Monson Street: Change of use from large HMO (Use Class Sui Generis) to 34 self contained apartments and associated infrastructure.

2024/0595/LBC - 24A Minster Yard: Works to repair external wall of wash house including rebuilding of localised areas and re-roofing. (Listed Building Consent).

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
