Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25
2024/663 - Sports Club, Sports Ground, Church Lane, Warlingham. Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) of planning permission ref: 2020/2181 (Erection of side and rear extensions with internal and elevational alterations) to amend the proposed extension by reducing the length of the extension by the main entrance.
2024/854 - The Chapter House, Outwood Common, Outwood, Redhill. Erection of a canopy to the west side of the house. Changes to fenestration at ground floor level to west and north elevations. Installation of a rooflight in pitched roof on south side elevation.
