- I gadw 5 cerbyd nwyddau ychwanegol yn y ganolfan weithredu yng Ngorsaf Nantglas, Heol Pontarddulais, Cross Hands, Llanelli, SA14 6PG.
- Ychwanegu canolfan weithredu i gadw 1 o gerbydau nwyddau ond 0 trelars yn Blotwerth Fach, Gwernogle, Carmarthenshire, SA32 7SE.
Dylai perchnogion neu feddianwyr tir (gan gynnwys adeiladau) ger y ganolfan weithredu/canolfannau gweithredu sy’n credu y byddai hyn yn effeithio ar eu defnydd neu eu perchnogaeth/meddiant ar y tir hwnnw, gyflwyno sylwadau ysgrifenedig i’r Comisiynydd Traffig yn Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, gan nodi eu rhesymau, cyn pen 21 diwrnod ar ôl yr hysbysiad hwn. Mae’n rhaid i’r rhai sy’n cyflwyno sylwadau anfon copi ohonynt ar yr un pryd at yr ymgeisydd yn y cyfeiriad a nodir ar frig yr hysbysiad hwn. Carmarthenshire County Council’s Fleet Department at County Hall, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA31 1JP is applying to change an existing licence as follows: -
- To keep an extra 5 goods vehicles at the operating centre at Highways Depot, Church Bank, Llandovery, SA20 0BA.
- To keep an extra 5 goods vehicles at the operating centre at Nantglas Depot, Pontardulais Road, Cross Hands, Llanelli, SA14 6PG.
- To add an operating centre to keep 1 goods vehicles but 0 trailers at Blotwerth Fach, Gwernogle, Carmarthenshire, SA32 7SE.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
