What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin 

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2024/0335 – 16 Madeley Road, Ironbridge – Replacement of 3no. Windows and 1no. door

TWC/2024/0337 – The Pool House, 2 Admaston Spa, Admaston – Replacement of modern vertical sliding window sashes with sashes including slim double glazing and replacement of modern vertical sliding window sashes (within historic frames and surrounds) with new sashes including double glazing 

TWC/2024/0339 – Beaumaris House, 125 High Street, Newport – Conversion of existing student accommodation to 2no. ground floor commercial units and first and second floor student accommodation (Full Planning Application)

TWC/2024/0340 – Beaumaris House, 125 High Street, Newport – Internal alterations following the conversion of existing student accommodation to 2no. ground floor commercial units and first and second floor student accommodation (Listed Building Consent)

TWC/2024/0343 – Shangri La, 2 Sutton Bank, Coalport – Erection of a front porch following removal of existing porch, Installation of 5no. conservation roof lights and 1no. window, alteration to 1no. window, replacement of 5no. windows and 1no. door

TWC/2024/0344 – Station Bungalow, Church Road, Jackfield – Replacement of timber garage following demolition of existing 

TWC/2024/0345 – 38 Coalford, Jackfield – Erection of a front canopy and replacement of 11no. Windows and 1 no. door 

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https://secure. telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 30th May 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. 

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
