TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Provision of ground mounted solar panels within field, car port mounted solar panels in car park and roof mounted solar panels on existing buildings

At Storefast Estate Park Corner Road Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/23/01132/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

2) Temporary theatre including auditorium, foyer, bar area, box office, toilets, stage, backstage and storage (Sui generis); together with associated servicing area; external waste storage, above ground fuel tanks, external heaters and power generators; pedestrian ramps (for external Stage Door and Fire Exits); alterations to and additional asphalt hardstanding; alterations to vehicle access gates on Hythe Street; alterations to means of enclosure to introduce fire escape gates; on-site security (V Mesh) fencing and external lighting (retrospective) (Application Ref. No. DA/23/01441/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting of a building listed as being of special architectural or historical interest, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Conservation Area

3) Part conversion of garage into ancillary accommodation/annex to main house, incorporating the implementation of rear dormers and the partial retention of the garage at ground floor

At Turnagain Farm Hook Green Lane Wilmington (Application Reference: DA/23/01430/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

4) Erection of an attached two storey self-contained annex to side of property and relocation of detached shed and garage

At 2 Church Field Wilmington Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Church Hill Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building (Application Ref. DA/23/01461/FUL)
