AT: The Old Quaker House Newton Road Newton BB7 3DZ FOR: Proposed single- storey porch extension to front elevation. Resubmission of 3/2023/0347. Application number: 3/2023/0779
The following application/s constitute major development:- AT: Waterloo Timber and Waterloo Mill Waterloo Road Clitheroe BB7 1LR FOR: Proposed partial demolition and alterations to buildings. Creation of larger yard area and parking, re-organisation of existing uses with the buildings. Application number: 3/2023/0766
AT: Judge Walmsley Mill Longworth Road Billington BB7 9TP FOR: Proposed change of use of agricultural land to new car park and storage yard. Application number: 3/2023/0754

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the
Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
