2. Major Application. Applicant: 23/00883/REM. Green Square Accord. Minor Proposed development/works: material amendment to remove, and/or vary conditions attached to planning permission: 22/00908/FUL for erection of three apartment blocks, including 57 apartments and associated car parking and amenity space Springvale Sports and Social Club, Millfields at Road, WV14 0QR.
