Further to the notice dated 2 June 2022, I hereby give notice that H W Martin Alfreton has submitted further/updated information in respect of the above application which includes an updated Planning Statement and Noise Assessment to confirm the use of the proposed single storey portal frame extension for waste processing activities.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, other documents and the further/updated information submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne S43 4JY (available online at www.bolsover.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 3 January 2023.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 3 January 2023,
