SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL MARRIAGE ACT 1994 AND THE MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 2005
Suffolk County Council has received an application from Lord Hugh Somerieyton for Somerieyton Hall, Somerieyton, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 5QQ to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages In pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships In pursuance of section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004. Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at The Registration Office, Riverside Business Centre, 1 Riverside Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0TQ and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9.30am - 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Any representation or objection with respect to this application may be sent in writing to Jane Parker, Head of Registration Services, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 2BX or to: venuelicensing@suffblk.gov.uk before 31/01/2024 stating the grounds on which it is made.
