APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and associated seating areas as an accompaniment to food, between the following hours: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily

The premises will operate as a café bistro, offering a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages, with the service of alcoholic drinks ancillary to meals.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 5th December 2025
