Proposed variation:
1. To amend the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 23:00 hours
2. To add the provision of late night refreshment: Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 23:30 hours
3. To extend opening hours as follows: Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 23:30 hours
4. To amend the classification of the premises in licence condition 1 to ‘restaurant’.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 4th December 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
