APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Synergy Four Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald’s Restaurants has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey on 31st October 2025 for the variation of a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 97/101 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 6BB.

The premises licence currently authorises the restaurant to open from 05:00–01:00 Mondays to Sundays and to provide late night refreshment from 23:00–01:00 Mondays to Sundays. The variation is to extend the opening and licensable hours in line with the Planning Permission to enable the restaurant to open and trade late night refreshment 24/7. In addition, the application is also to update the plans attached to the licence to show a change of layout following a refurbishment in the restaurant. A register of licensing applications can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Team at licensing@haringey.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to licensing@haringey.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 28TH NOVEMBER 2025. Copies of all valid representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub-Committee, these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime & disorder; public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
