APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE - THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that THANI Whitefield Ltd have applied to Bury Council (The Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence for: THANI Whitefield Ltd / 190-194 Bury New Road, Whitefield, Greater Manchester, M45 6QF to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment, namely: Provision of live music, Provision of recorded music, Late night refreshment and to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: The permitted hours for Regulated Entertainment / Late Night Refreshment, Sale / Supply of Alcohol, and the time premises is open for different days of the week and special occasions. On standard weekdays, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday, all activities and premises opening times start at 11:00 AM and end at 12:30 AM (the following morning). On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, all activities and premises opening times start at 11:00 AM and have an extended closing time of 01:30 AM (the following morning). On Sundays before Bank Holidays, all activities and premises opening times start at 11:00 AM and close at 01:00 AM (the following morning). On New Year’s Eve, all activities and premises opening times start at 11:00 AM and have the latest closing time of 01:30 AM (the following morning), consistent with weekend hours.
