What is proposed?
We, The Management Committee of Wadhurst, Institute Hall and Field CIO, The Institute, High Street, Wadhurst, TN5 6AP
Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wealden District Council for the variation of Premises Licence at
(3) Commemoration Hall, High Street, Wadhurst, TN56AP and known as The Commemoration Hall
The application is to:- authorise (sale of alcohol, dance, live music, recorded music, plays) on a Sunday; and to add authorisation for off sales of alcohol.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Wealden DC, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 03 December 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
Details of the above application may be viewed on the Licensing Register at the Council Offices.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
