2. To Add off sales of alcohol during current permitted
hours.
3. To remove condition 2 from the Licence
4. To amend the plan of the premises to show new rooftop
bar & Coffee service,
The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing.
Cardiff Council County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between
9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public
holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above
address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.co.uk by 24th
November 2025.
