Newton Abbot Premier Inn, Kingsteignton - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Whitbread Group Plc to the Licensing
Authority of Teignbridge District Council for a Premises Licence for the Newton Abbot Premier Inn at Newton Road, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 3AF.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00 and 00:30 hours seven days a week to non-resident for consumption on and off the premises and 24 hours a day seven days a week for residents.
2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application.
3. To enable the provision of Film when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
4.To enable the provision of late-night refreshment.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4XX or emailing
licensing@teignbridge.gov.uk.
Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
