APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for
a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned
legislation has been made by Liam G Builders
Limited to East Lindsey District Council in respect
of premises known as Slush Bar 2, Unit 1 Spanish
City, High Street, Mablethorpe. LN12 1AL.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to
carry on at the premises, is the supply of alcohol.
The record of the application may be inspected at
the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey
District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road,
Horncastle. LN9 6PH, during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or
responsible authorities regarding the application
must be made in writing to the Licensing Team,
East Lindsey District Council at the above address
by midnight 08/04/25.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a
fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard
scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with the application.
