What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

The Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, 422A Barton Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 9RW. The application is to extend the licensable hours to 06:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive and to remove non-standard timings on Christmas Day 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 22:30 and Good Friday 08:00 to 22:30. Conditions will be applied. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M23 0TH or by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk by midnight on 25 March 2025.

The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or www.trafford.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
