What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Whitbread Group Plc to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Camden to vary the Premises Licence for the Premier Inn at Clifton House, 88 Euston Road, Euston, London, NW1 2RA. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To vary the non standard timing for 24 hour sale of alcohol to hotel residents and bona fide guests. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Camden, Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 17th December 2024 (www.camden.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
