What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Variation of Premises Licence Notice is hereby given that Rifat Sucu has submitted a premises licence
application to Gravesham Borough Council. The application is for a variation for the premises known as
The Kings Head, 8-9 King Street, Gravesend, DA12 2EB. The application proposes the amendment
of the hours of trading and of the licence conditions.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Gravesham Borough Council, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent,
DA12 1AU no later than 29/11/2024.

The full application, including the hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing
objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council’s website, www.gravesham.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for
