APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Mole Valley District Council on 12th June 2024 for a new premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 9-17 Church Street, Leatherhead, KT22 8DG.

The proposed application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises on Mondays to Saturdays from 23:00-00:00 (trading on Sundays and Bank Holidays will end at 23:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 10th July 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Senior Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ.

It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
