What is proposed?

Notice of application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Philoxenia Catering Services Ltd has applied to London Borough of Bromley Council for a premises licence in relation to Filoxenia 35 High Street Bromley BR1 1LE to permit the supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:66 to 22:00. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.

Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application may be made in writing to The Licensing Manager Public Protection Civic Centre Stockwell Close Bromley BR1 3UH or at www.bromley.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 5th July 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
