What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that LOL Entertainment Limited has applied to North Tyneside Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as LOL Bingo, 15 High Street West, Wallsend, NE28 8JA.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Opening Hours – Monday to Sunday 09:00 to midnight; Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises - Monday to Sunday 09:00 to midnight; Late night refreshment – Monday to Sunday 23:00 to midnight.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 6UB or via email to liquor.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk no later than 9 May 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of North Tyneside Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the above address between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday or via www.northtyneside.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
