Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Zerya Elya Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Premier Penn Hill, 1 Bank Chambers, Penn Hill Avenue, Bournemouth BH14 9NB.
The application is for the grant of a licence to permit supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises only between 07:00 and 24:00 hours daily.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk) no later than 15th February 2024. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
