Fosse Way - Temporary Closure For New Connection Works

Temporary Closure of Fosse Way
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Fosse Way - from 25 metres north-east of the junction with Frog Lane, north-eastwards for a total distance of 155 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 22nd May 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 27th May 2025 and last until 30th May 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 4 days.
