Notice is hereby given that on the 11 April 2025 North Somerset Council made the following order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The effect of this order is to vary the North Somerset Council (Prohibition of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2022 to include the restrictions as advertised on www.n-somerset.gov.uk/notices and will be implemented as listed in the Schedules to this notice. The order will come into operation on the 28 April 2025 and copies of the order may be inspected at the following address: www.n-somerset.gov.uk/notices.
The Order will remain in force until revoked by way of another order contained in the order or the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or any of the relevant requirements have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks after the date on which the Order is made, apply to the High Court writing to stop.
Schedule – Part 3: Prohibition and Restriction on Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Unloading. No Waiting at Any Time. Moorcroft Road, Hutton – double yellow lines from junction of Vereland Road to approximately 20m in a Northerly direction. Plan reference BSIP-MCR-001-TOPO.

Notice of Temporary Traffic Regulation Order
Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, intend to make an order the effect of which:
Ellenborough Park North, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset
Temporary Prohibition of Use by Vehicles Order 2025
Date coming into Force: 17 June 2025
Ref: SW24-25-379
Will be to close, temporarily, to vehicles the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice. Exemptions are included for emergency services, works access, works vehicles and works permit for premises which may only be accessed via the closed section of road.
This order is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public consequent upon work by Bristol Water for a sewer connection. This order will become operative on the 17 June 2025 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which are anticipated to be of 3 days in duration. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.

This order will become operative on the 23 June 2025 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which are anticipated to be of 3 days in duration. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.

This order is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public consequent upon work by Openreach to clear fibre blockages. This order will become operative on the 23 June 2025 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which is anticipated to be of 5 days in duration. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.

This order will become operative on the 25 June 2025 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which is anticipated to be 1 day in duration. This order will become operative on the 3 July 2025 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which is anticipated to be 6 hours in duration between 9.30am and 3.30pm. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.

This order will become operative on the 26 June 2025 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which is anticipated to be 1 day in duration. This order will become operative on the 2 July 2025 for a maximum period of six months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which is anticipated to be 14 days in duration.
