Priorswood Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Water Works

Somerset Council Temporary Closure of Priorswood Road, Taunton

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Priorswood Road - from the junction with Grange Drive, westwards for a total distance of 84 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out interim to permanent reinstatement.

The Order becomes effective on 3rd April 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 10th April 2025 and last until 11th April 2025 between the hours of 19:00 - 06:00 for a total of 1 night.
