NOTICE OF VARIATION OF ON-STREET PARKING FEES

THE DISTRICT OF BASINGSTOKE & DEANE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council in exercise of its powers and duties under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the charges for residents’ parking permits in accordance with this notice, with effect from Tuesday 1st April 2025 having discharged its duty under section 122 of the Act.

This notice only applies to the charges above and in all other respects the provisions of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2021.
