Miss Nina Zuchova is applying for the grant of a premises licence for Taunton Market, 80 Station Road, Taunton TA1 1PD. The licensable activities it is proposed will be carried on are:

The Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Sales) Sunday – Thursday: 08:00 – 23:00, Friday – Saturday: 08:00 – 00:00. A copy of the application is kept by the licensing team. Or you can make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 123 2224. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 17/07/2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
