Public Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Units 1-2 Churchill Way West Retail Park, Salisbury, SP2 7TS for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday.

A copy of the application may be inspected by visiting https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premises-applications or by emailing publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority/Interested Party or other persons must be received in writing by no later than 17/04/2025 by email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction with an unlimited fine.
